1.Which operating system was pre-installed on the computer?

2.Do you have the driver disk for the older version of Windows which was preinstalled on the computer?

3.Have you tried updating the drivers as suggested in the earlier post?

Refer the following link to update the drivers for the webcam and check if that helps.
